Once we are notified you or your staff are going on a lone visit we will call you/them at regular intervals for a status check. If we are able to speak to you and confirm all is well we will schedule a further call until we are told that your visit is complete. If we are unable to reach you or you advise us that there is an issue we will escalate your at risk status to your manager or on call representative advising that there may be an issue.
