When a customer calls to make a payment, we transfer them to a secure line where they can enter their card details using DTMF (keypad input). This information flows directly to the payment gateway, ensuring complete data protection and eliminating any risk of sensitive information exposure.

PCI Compliant Payment Collections

Setting up a secure payment line for us to take your payments does cost a little more than simple call answering. We can set up a test environment for you as a free trial and this doesn’t use real card or customer information. If you like the trial and the service works for you then the cost to establish a fully compliant PCI line is as follows:- One off set up fee £950 + VAT and a monthly service fee of £120 + VAT. There is also a transaction fee for every card payment received. This cost is 15p per transaction.
